Rory
Lipede
Rory is a graduate of Fontbonne University in St Louis and has received
training and was a professional dancer with the St Louis Ballet Company.
She received an apprenticeship with Broadway Theatre Project where she
studied with Anne Reinking, the late Gregory Hines and many other Broadway
professionals. Professional credits include roles with the St Louis
Black Repertory, St Louis Shakespeare Company, The William Inge New
Plays Festival, The Off Broadway Production hosted by Kevin Spacey of
The Old Vic For New Voices 24 Hour Play Festival, and The Off Broadway
Production STEP by Harrison Rivers. She is also A Kevin Kline 2006 Nominee
and a three-time nominee and the 2006 winner of The Irene Ryan acting
competition at the Kennedy Center where she also received runner-up
for Best Comedic Actor and The 2006 Comedia Dell’ Arte Fellowship.
