Karl Hammerle

Born in Hackensack, NJ, Karl’s entertainment career began early, singing and playing guitar regularly. This paved the way for his acceptance into New York University for Jazz Performance and Music Technology. However, equally significant was the inception of Hammerle’s acting career at NYU, through the school’s revered film department. Karl studied acting and drama under the tutelage of Angela Pietropinto and Anya Suffir, and earned his BA in Music. Most recently, Karl was seen portraying Jesus Christ in the Park Performing Arts Center’s 93rd Season of "The Passion Play," and Jake Matthews in Screamking Productions’ latest feature film, “Only Go There at Night.” TAPNYC has provided Karl with industry experience and fortitude of which he is ever thankful.
