Janie
Nutter
Janie is thrilled to be a part of The Actor's Project NYC. She trained
and received a B.F.A. in Theatre from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.
She also spent some time in Dublin, Ireland in exchange with Trinity
College and with permission of the Abbey Theatre, where she studied
the works of Samuel Beckett and Marina Carr. There she performed in
workshops of Waiting for Godot and Low in the Dark. In New York, she
has recently been seen as an Amish girl in the world premiere of The
Milkman, about the Nickel Mines shooting, as a puppeteer in Griffen's
Wings, as Edna in Odets' Waiting for Lefty and was featured in a workshop
of a new play, Adjective Girl. Upcoming this summer, she will be seen
working with the New York City Street Players.
